The best option is go to Poppies Lane 1 or 2 straight from airport. It is in KUta and will take you about 10 minutes to get there since there would be no traffic jams already at that time I guess. There are a lot of budget places to say, you should just go around these narrow lanes and look for available accommodation at suitable price. How much do you expect to pay for a night?
